Descriptions of the water works of the state are outlined. Included in those descriptions is an analysis of Lawrence's water supply, of which several tables are included. Two maps are included: State of Massachusetts River Basins and Places at which Samples of Water Were Collected and State of Massachusetts Showing Natural Chlorine.
