A cookbook of recipes from the parishioners and friends of St. Anthony's Maronite Catholic Church. This collection of family recipes was created for the church's 100th anniversary. This cookbook features storied Lebanese recipes ranging from appetizers, soups, salads, sides, vegetables, mains, breads, desserts and beverages. Likewise, it includes the necessary cooking reference sheets such as spice variety and measurement conversions. An image of Rose Schibel and Father Ramey preparing for the Mahrajan feast is also included.
