Summary: The narrator explains how the airport has gained stability after a series of managers. It is an unscheduled airport (no scheduled flights - most are corporate jets or affluent owners). He gives some history of the airport (dedicated to WWI veteran Richard F. Condon in 1953). It began in the 1930's and is built on a military configuration. There is an explanation of the Angel Flight mercy flights. WWII planes come for tours.
