Summary: The narrators are uncle and niece. They are part of the Zappala family who have been running TRIPOLI BAKERY on Common St. since the 1920's. Over the years, they have expanded their property, added a pizza room, and today have some products that are favorites for the Spanish population. There is a TRIPOLI PIZZA store in Salisbury Beach center, and recently another opened in Seabrook, NH. The Lawrence bakery specializes in Italian bread and pastry.
