Summary: Mrs. Timpson reviews her life as a textile worker and a labor organizer. She was at the founding convention of the Trade Union Unity League, a conglomerate of unions. She was a member of the National Textile Workers Union. She did not have high regard for the AFL. The focus of this interview was supposed to be the Lawrence Strike of 1931, but it was hard to keep her on track. She confirms that she, Edith Berkman, and Elizabeth Gurley Flynn were Communists. She describes strike strategy, mass picket lines, etc.
