Summary: The tape was done six weeks after the closing of Sts. Peter and Paul Church and its merger into Corpus Christi Parish (meeting at the Holy Rosary Church building). The statues of Sts. Peter and Paul and Our Lady of Fatima were carried to the new church (see LHC Commemorative photo in collection). The narrator always attended the church, where she also taught religion and education. She also discusses the Portuguese community and their customs, including food.
