Summary: The narrator graduated from St. Anne's Grammar School (the boys' school) in 1943. From the sixth to the eighth grade, the boys were taught by the Marist Brothers. They were taught by the Good Shepherd Sisters through the fifth grade, and the girls were taught by the Sisters for their whole time in school. Half the day was in French, and the other half was taught in English.
