Summary: Jackson Terrace was a unique place to live. Mrs. DiStefano lived there for roughly 20 years and her description is a primary source. She tells of going to Nahant for recreation. Her father's first job was helping to build the Searles Walls. They visited farms in Pleasant Valley owned by relatives. She has lived on Howard St. for 64 years and tells of life there.
