Comments: Mr. Brox was born in and lived his life in Dracut near the Methuen and Lawrence line. There was no high school in Dracut, therefore he attended Lawrence High School. His farm delivered produce and milk in Lawrence. His parents came to this country at the turn of the century and settled briefly in New York where his father worked in a lumber camp, and his mother sold goods door to door, a "peddler". Reverence for land is apparent in this interview.
