A book created for the purpose of providing a pictorial view of the mills. It is aimed at the customers of the mill's products. In general, it contains photographs of the different rooms found within the publisher's firm, Harding, Whitman & Co, and also of the Arlington Mills in Lawrence, Mass and the Whitman Mills in New Bedford, Mass. There is also an additional section with photographs of the Southern Cotton Spinners.
