This book contains information on the modern ways of Jews. The second chapter has to do with Israel and The Nations and in that chapter it describes in detail the political and social development of some land and they explain the history of Jews. In Chapter five, it talks about the way of the law. The rest of the chapters talk about the process of Emancipation, the character of the modern Jew, Anti-Semitism, and Palestine.
