The following issues are on the short list of things to do for the repository system:

Overall

• Document the system
• Develop useful views and reports
• Develop workflow
• Develop backup system
• Expose repository via OAI-PMH? Google?
• Determine access rights

Oral Histories

• Create fields for transcript and line index - upload
• Develop xml schema for line index integration with audio so that time stamps can be used to move player pointer

Images

• Create gallery views, enhanced browsing
• Determine best way to manage thumbnails. Imagecache?

Archives

• Create field for finding aid, or attach as blob?
• Use EAD? What authoring tool? Archon?

Accessions

• Load accession details into CiviCRM attached to contactID
• Develop standard templates and printouts for letters and reports
